If you have missed the 15 minute to cancel an order then you can still get a refund. You will have to contact the seller as Google cannot cancel orders on behalf of the seller.
How to contact a seller with a cancellation request about an order
- Sign in to Google Checkout
- Click View Order.
- At the top of the receipt, click Contact [Seller's Name].
- Select I’d like to request a refund or return an item from the Subject drop-down menu
- Now, enter your message in the text box.
- Click Send email
If the seller cancel your order then automatically get a refund.
